State Regulations and Keeper Fish Rules
Section I
1. TCBC recognizes all state regulations for safe boating.
2. TCBC recognizes and will comply with all rules and regulations required for each body of water being fished.
3. TCBC will follow all special regulations from Oklahoma Department of Wildlife on lakes with “slot” limits.
4. Each fish weighed-in will be checked by an approved fish measuring device. I.E. A Golden Rule bump-board.
5. All fish will be weighed together, but the largest bass of the stringer will be weighed by itself as well.
6. TCBC will provide a courtesy “bump board”.

Tournament Rules
Section I
1. Each tournament will begin and conclude with prayer.
2. Each angler must wear a U.S. Coast Guard approved PFD while operating the outboard engine on plane.
3. Teams may not fish within 50 yards of one another unless there is a mutual consensus by all parties to fish closer. When this is agreed upon any tournament boat may fish within the 50 yard limit.
4. Any teams that do not have fish to weigh will not be required to come to the weigh-in, but must call the tournament director to report.
5. Any boat 10ft or longer and equipped with an operational live-well aeration system may fish the tournament. No float tubes will be allowed.
6. There will be a 5 fish limit unless otherwise specified.
7. Any fish not meeting the required length or slot limit length will not be admitted for weight.
8. All teams must maintain a constant culling practice.
9. Any team weighing in dead fish will be penalized ½ of a pound per dead fish.
10. Live/dead bait may NOT be used. All fish must be caught on artificial bait.
11. No hole or spot sitting.
12. All fish being weighed must be brought to the weigh-in by a club approved fish bag. TCBC will provide a bag if you do not have one.
13. There will be no set launch area. Any team that chooses to trailer may do so after the morning prayer.
14. Teams that trailer may only trailer to public ramps that are accessible to and from the main lake. You may not use a private ramp that another angler cannot use. You may not trailer to an area that you cannot access safely from the main lake.
15. There will be a set weigh-in area. All teams are expected to be at the weigh-in site prior to the morning tournament for prayer and any instructions from the tournament director.
16. There will be a ½ of a pound penalty for late arrivals to the weigh-in. The ½ of a pound will be accessed each minute that the team is late with a maximum of 5 minutes. Any team that is more than 5 minutes late will not be allowed to weigh-in their stringer.
17. Trolling is not allowed with combustible engine. You may only troll with an electric trolling motor.
18. Absolutely no drugs, narcotics, and alcoholic beverages or beverages containing alcohol will be allowed at any TCBC tournament.
19. Boaters are asked to take care of non-boaters first before securing a partner that has a boat.
20. Any woman fishing a TCBC regular season or championship tournament may fish with the boater with whom she is the most comfortable.

Tournaments
Section I
1. TCBC will fish 12 tournaments a year.
2. Tournament hours will be from safe light till 3:00PM unless otherwise specified at a meeting prior to the tournament.
3. The tournament year will be as a calendar year of January through December.
4. TCBC will have a championship tournament in December.
5. Tournament dates and lakes will be determined at the January meeting. These dates are subject to change due to overlapping, flood conditions, unforeseen incidents, and special benefit tournaments.
